Delivery & Set-Up For Mobile Backup Power Systems
Taking Delivery of a Mobile Battery Backup System

One of the best things about Medi-Products Mobile Battery Backup systems is that they come fully put together. This means when your system arrives, all you need to do is:
- Unwrap it
- Take it off the shipping pallet
- Plug it in
There’s no need to build anything, the batteries are already inside, and no extra wiring is needed.
To keep the system safe during shipping, the wheels are locked on shipping blocks. So, we suggest:
- Using our “White Glove” Shipping Option
- Having two or more people help lift the system off the pallet
- Taking the pallet apart to get the system on the ground
If you pick the “White Glove” shipping option, the delivery team will unwrap the system, take it off the pallet, and move it inside for you.
If not, you can still set up the mobile system without needing an electrician or handyman!
Testing and Setting up a Mobile System
When your mobile system arrives, we recommend letting it charge for 24 hours. After that, just do a quick test to make sure the generator works.
Once you know everything is working fine, your Medi-Products mobile system is ready to use!
But remember, when you’re not using it, keep it plugged in, so the batteries stay charged. If it’s not plugged in, it won’t work for as long as it should. Also, while the system has wheels to move it around, bigger systems can be harder to move often.
